在本研究中,采用线切割沿热轧钢板纵向切取10mm*10mm*55mm,KV2型的标准冲击试样,每组三个平行试样,将样品放入酒精中,倒入液氮降温至-40℃后,在冲击试验机上,按照国标GB/T 229-2007的标准进行低温摆锤冲击试验,测得-40℃时钢板的冲击吸收功值,平均值为280J。
In this study, standard impact samples of KV2 type 10mm*10mm*55mm were longituditionally cut along the hot-rolled steel plate by wire cutting, with three parallel samples in each group. The samples were put into alcohol, poured into liquid nitrogen and cooled to -40℃. Then, low-temperature pendulum impact test was conducted on the impact testing machine according to the national standard GB/T 229-2007. The average value of shock absorption energy of steel plate at -40℃ is 280J.
