该数据集主要对马鞍山钢铁股份有限公司生产的17mm翼缘厚度规格热轧H型钢进行高化学成分检测,通过对材料中的C、Si、Mn、P、S、Cr、Ni、Cu、Nb、V、Ti、Mo、Al、O、N元素的化学成分分析,确定不同成分工艺的材料对实际力学性能的影响,为实际轧制工艺方案提供依据。
This data set mainly detected the high chemical composition of 99mm flange thickness hot-rolled H-beam produced by Maanshan Iron and Steel Co., LTD. Through analyzing the chemical composition of C, Si, Mn, P, S, Cr, Ni, Cu, Nb, V, Ti, Mo, Al, O and N elements in the material. The influence of materials with different composition process on actual mechanical properties is determined to provide basis for actual rolling process scheme.
