本实验分别利用喷雾造粒球形钨粉、造粒-烧结脱胶钨粉以及等离子球化钨粉为原料,经过后续压制、烧结制备钨制品。实验后,将三种钨制品进行密度分析,发现等离子球化钨粉作为原料,钨制品密度最低。这是因为,经过等离子球化后,钨粉变为大尺寸实心球,经过压制工艺,粉末无法充分填充孔隙,从而降低钨制品密度。
In this experiment, spray granulated spherical tungsten powder, granulation-sintering degummed tungsten powder and plasma spheroidized tungsten powder were used as raw materials to prepare tungsten products after subsequent pressing and sintering. After the experiment, three tungsten products were analyzed for density, and it was found that plasma spheroidized tungsten powder was used as the raw material, and the tungsten product had the lowest density. This is because after plasma spheroidization, the tungsten powder becomes a large-size solid ball. After the pressing process, the powder cannot fully fill the pores, thereby reducing the density of the tungsten product.
