为了探究钨制品在高温下的使用性能稳定性,将四种钨坩埚置于2450℃下保温3h。取二次烧结后的样品进行密度测量,并取样于扫描电镜下进行形貌观察。实验结果表明,二次高温烧结可以促使钨制品进一步发生致密化过程,且以未经过分级处理的钨粉作为原材料制备得到的钨坩埚,密度变化较大。
In order to explore the performance stability of tungsten products at high temperatures, four tungsten crucibles were placed at 2450°C for 3 hours. Take the second sintered sample for density measurement, and sample it under the scanning electron microscope for morphology observation. Experimental results show that the secondary high-temperature sintering can promote further densification of tungsten products, and the density of tungsten crucibles prepared from tungsten powder that has not been classified as raw materials has a large change in density.
