取经多向锻造加工后的WTi10合金块体,切割出20×20×10㎜检测样品,对样品表面进行机械研磨,以氧化铝混合液进行抛光处理。通过带有背散射电子成像的场发射电子扫描电镜(SEM)观察样品的微观组织。其中SEM加速电压20KV,放大倍数3000×。通过样品的SEM显微组织,分析样品的微观组织特征。
WTi10 alloy block after multi-direction forging processing, cut out 20×20×10 samples, the sample surface for mechanical grinding, polishing with alumina mixture. The microstructures of the samples were observed by field emission electron scanning electron microscopy (SEM) with backscattered electron imaging. The SEM acceleration voltage is 20KV and the amplification factor is 3000×. The microstructure characteristics of the samples were analyzed by SEM.
