选用3种不同团聚形貌的钼粉,采用“粉末冶金+轧制”的方法制备了不同类型斑纹的钼圆片,然后对钼圆片表面进行腐蚀,并对钼粉形貌、烧结制品组织、钼圆片斑纹的腐蚀程度进行了检测,分析加工过程中钼圆片出现白斑(工业上称雪花斑)等缺陷的主要原因。结果表明,雪花斑点为微颗粒的团聚体,该团聚体在后续的烧结、轧制过程中,由于工艺的不合理,导致细晶团聚颗粒没有发生塑性变形,造成钼圆片表面及内部组织不均,直观表现为雪花斑。
Three kinds of molybdenum powders with different agglomeration morphologies were selected, and different types of molybdenum wafers were prepared by the method of "powder metallurgy + rolling", and then the surface of the molybdenum wafer was corroded, and the morphology of the molybdenum powder and the structure of the sintered product were corroded. The corrosion degree of the molybdenum disc markings was tested, and the main reasons for the defects such as white spots (industrially known as snow spots) on the molybdenum discs during the processing were analyzed. The results show that the snowflake spots are agglomerates of micro-particles. In the subsequent sintering and rolling process, due to the unreasonable process, the fine-grained agglomerated particles did not undergo plastic deformation, causing the surface and internal structure of the molybdenum wafer to be abnormal. Both are visually manifested as snowflake spots.
