钨性形貌等性能对粉末冶金制品影响比较大。钨粉造粒可以较为显著的改变钨粉形貌,增大钨粉粒径。造粒钨粉的状态一般有三种:喷雾造粒状态、烧结脱胶状态、等离子球化状态。为了深入探究钨粉造粒对烧结致密化的影响,本数据集研究了这三种钨粉的形貌特征,为将其进一步加工成钨制品打下基础。
Properties such as tungsten morphology have a greater impact on powder metallurgy products. Tungsten powder granulation can significantly change the morphology of tungsten powder and increase the particle size of tungsten powder. There are generally three states of granulated tungsten powder: spray granulation state, sintering degumming state, and plasma spheroidizing state. In order to deeply explore the impact of tungsten powder granulation on sintering densification, this data set studies the morphological characteristics of these three tungsten powders, and lays the foundation for further processing into tungsten products.
