本项目制备得到符合性能标准的AlTiVNbCr高熵氮化物薄膜，委托常州锐钠材料检测服务有限公司对薄膜的厚度、表面粗糙度、薄膜与基体的结合力、抗氧化温度、硬度按照不同性能的标准化测试要求进行了测试，得到AlTiVNbCr高熵氮化物薄膜的各项性能指标均达到了指标要求。

In this project, AlTiVNbCr high-entropy nitride film conforming to performance standards was prepared. Changzhou Ruina Material Testing Service Co., Ltd. was commissioned to test the thickness, surface roughness, binding force between film and substrate, oxidation resistance temperature and hardness of the film in accordance with the standardized testing requirements of different properties. The properties of AlTiVNbCr high-entropy nitride film have met the requirements.
