采用室温拉伸试验方法检测了ZE21B镁合金微细管材的抗拉强度、屈服强度、断后伸长率和微管壁厚公差。本次试验采用了三个平行样品,检测结果显示:镁合金微细管材A的屈服强度为278MPa、抗拉强度为302MPa、断后伸长率为17.5%、壁厚公差为3.84%;镁合金微细管材B的屈服强度为300MPa、抗拉强度为311MPa、断后伸长率为17.5%、壁厚公差为3.68%;镁合金微细管材C的屈服强度为306MPa、抗拉强度为316MPa、断后伸长率为17.5%、壁厚公差为3.80%。
Tensile strength, yield strength, elongation and wall thickness tolerance of ZE21B magnesium alloy microtubes were tested by the room temperature tensile test method. Three parallel samples were used in this test.
