按照石油天然气行业标准SY/T 5405-1996酸化缓蚀剂性能试验方法,采用静态失重法对合成的吲哚嗪衍生物进行缓蚀性能评价。选用尺寸为50 mm×10 mm×3 mm的洁净N80钢片为腐蚀试件,在90 ℃条件下,考查不同浓度的缓蚀物质在15%(质量分数)的盐酸中对N80钢片的腐蚀速率。该数据为合成的所有在同样取代位置的衍生物,如同为4位苄基取代吲哚嗪衍生物在失重法评价方法中得到的腐蚀速度及缓蚀率数据。
According to SY/T 5405-1996 test method of acidizing corrosion inhibitor, static weight loss method was used to evaluate the corrosion inhibition performance of the synthesized indolizine derivatives. A clean N80 steel sheet with a size of 50 mm×10 mm×3 mm was selected as the corrosion specimen. The corrosion rate of N80 steel sheet with different concentrations of corrosion inhibitors in 15% (mass fraction) hydrochloric acid was examined at 90 ℃.The data are for all the derivatives synthesized at the same substitution position as for the 4-position benzyl-substituted indolizine derivatives in the weight loss method of evaluation of the corrosion rate and corrosion inhibition data obtained in the method.
