The synthetic indolazine derivatives were measured by Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometer, and the photometric method was dual-beam measurement, with a resolution of 0.1 nm, a number of scans of 32, a wavenumber range of 4000-4500 nm/min, and a wavelength range of 185-3300 nm. MS tests were performed using indolazine derivatives synthesized on a Waters Xevo G2-XS QTof High Resolution Mass Spectrometer with positive ion measurements ranging from -1.5 to 50 DBE and i-FIT maximums of 3.The test object was a laboratory-made 4-trifluoromethoxyindolizine derivative.
