通过对BQD进行复配性能及机理研究,进一步提高了BQD的缓蚀性能,优选出合适的复配剂。以BQD为主剂,选用不同添加剂CTAB、SDS、乌洛托品、碘化钾和SbCl3进行复配增效研究。并采用失重法得到缓蚀评价数据,且表面形貌分析得到的SEM图以及分子动力学模拟的分子结构数据得到目标结果。并对配方比进行筛选进行优化,得到比例数据 ,最终得到两种新型缓蚀剂DS-1和HS-1。根据失重法评价数据与商用缓蚀剂对比得出两种新型缓蚀剂性能优异的结论。
This data is the total experimental method for this dataset.
The compounding performance and mechanism study of BQD was carried out to further improve the corrosion inhibition performance of BQD and to optimize the suitable compounding agent. BQD was used as the main agent, and different additives CTAB, SDS, urotropin, potassium iodide and SbCl3 were selected for the compounding synergistic study. The corrosion inhibition evaluation data were obtained by weightlessness method, and the target results were obtained from SEM images obtained from surface morphology analysis and molecular structure data from molecular dynamics simulation. The formulation ratio was screened and optimized to obtain the ratio data, and two new corrosion inhibitors, DS-1 and HS-1, were finally obtained, and it was concluded that the two new inhibitors had excellent performance according to the evaluation data of the weightlessness method and the comparison with the commercial corrosion inhibitors.
