采用HITACHI S-4800型场发射扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对N80钢片的表面状况进行分析研究。分别取经酸液腐蚀后的与未受酸液腐蚀的N80钢片经蒸馏水和有机溶剂清洁后,在加速电压为30 kV的电子显微镜下,在放大100-3000倍的条件下对钢片表面的形态特征进行扫描观察,对比不同腐蚀试片的表面形态比较不同缓蚀剂缓蚀性能的优劣。
该数据为未添加缓蚀剂钢片扫描电镜形貌。
HITACHI S-4800 field emission scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used to analyze and study the surface condition of N80 steel sheets.
