拉曼采集方案 :将试样放置入镶嵌机中镶嵌好后分别用120 #、240 #、400 #、800 #、1200 #、2000 #砂纸打磨,而后用金刚石抛光膏抛光,抛至镜面状后用酒精擦拭试样表面,放入仪器中采用Ar+激光器功率为20 mW,激光线波长为514.5 nm进行采集。
Raman acquisition scheme: The sample was placed in the setting machine and polished with 120 #, 240 #, 400 #, 800 #, 1200 #, 2000 # sandpaper respectively, and then polished with diamond polishing paste. After throwing to a mirror shape, the surface of the sample was wiped with alcohol, and the Ar+ laser power was 20mW. The laser line wavelength was 514.5 nm for acquisition.
