测量含有不同浓度缓蚀剂的3.75 M NaCl溶液中丝束电极在不同时间下的电位分布图,对比浸泡不同时间后钢筋的腐蚀电位并判断其钝化状态,以分析混凝土内缓蚀剂和氯离子的扩散及腐蚀抑制行为。对比不同缓蚀剂浓度的溶液,可以看出当缓蚀剂浓度较低时,电位较低,氯离子扩散一侧的腐蚀电位与周围的差值更大。提高缓蚀剂的浓度可以在一定程度上减小腐蚀区的面积。
The potential distribution graphs of the filament bundle electrode in 3.75 M NaCl solutions containing different concentrations of corrosion inhibitors were measured at different times to compare the corrosion potentials of the reinforcement bars after immersion for different times and to determine the passivation state, in order to analyze the diffusion of corrosion inhibitor and chloride ions and the corrosion inhibition behaviors within the concrete. Comparing the solutions with different corrosion inhibitor concentrations, it can be seen that when the concentration of corrosion inhibitor is lower, the potential is lower, and the difference between the corrosion potential on the chloride ion diffusion side and the surrounding is larger. Increasing the concentration of corrosion inhibitor can reduce the area of the corrosion zone to some extent.
