在含不同浓度缓蚀剂的模拟混凝土孔隙液中添加不同浓度 NaCl的开路电位变化曲线,观测NaCl添加浓度对钢筋电极的开路电位稳定性的影响并分析钢筋表面钝化膜状态。两种缓蚀剂可以提高钢筋腐蚀的临界氯离子浓度,且随着缓蚀剂浓度的增加,临界氯离子浓度值也增大。缓蚀剂浓度为10 mM时,临界氯离子浓度最大,为未添加缓蚀剂时的7.2倍。开路电位结果和电化学阻抗谱测试的结果所得出的临界氯离子浓度是一致的。
The open-circuit potential change curves of adding different concentrations of NaCl to the simulated concrete pore liquid containing different concentrations of corrosion inhibitors were used to observe the effect of the added concentration of NaCl on the stability of the open-circuit potential of the rebar electrode and to analyze the state of the passivation film on the surface of the rebar. The two corrosion inhibitors can increase the critical chloride ion concentration for rebar corrosion, and the value of critical chloride ion concentration increases with the increase of corrosion inhibitor concentration. The critical chloride ion concentration was maximum at a corrosion inhibitor concentration of 10 mM, which was 7.2 times higher than that without the addition of corrosion inhibitor. The critical chloride ion concentration derived from the open circuit potential results and the results of the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy tests are in agreement.
