使用红外光谱仪对制备得到的球磨木质素及球磨改性木质素化学结构进行分析。木质素购自TCI公司,球磨木质素制备工艺:称取木质素、一定量的HDI以及四氢呋喃加入到球磨罐中,通入氮气保护,将密封好的球磨罐置于行星式球磨机中(QM-3SP4,南大仪器厂),反应结束后,将反应物置于鼓风烘箱中烘干(50 ℃),得到固体粉末为球磨木质素(BL)或球磨改性木质素。
The chemical structure of the ball mill lignin and the ball mill modified lignin were analyzed by infrared spectrometer. Lignin purchased from TCI Company, ball milling lignin preparation process: Lignin, a certain amount of HDI and tetrahydrofuran were added to the ball mill tank, and nitrogen was injected into the tank for protection. The sealed ball mill tank was placed in a planetary ball mill (QM-3SP4, Nada Instrument Factory). After the reaction, the reactants were dried in a blast oven (50 ℃) to obtain solid powder as ball mill lignin (BL) or ball mill modified lignin.
