针对我国海洋防腐涂料领域存在的防腐涂层寿命短、高端产品严重依赖进口等卡脖子问题,本研究旨在开发基于可持续生物基原料的涂层聚合物新材料,设计石墨烯、单分散纳米材料等新型多功能涂层填料,开发表界面工程技术解决涂层聚合物基体材料和多功能填料的界面问题,制备出长寿命、轻量化、自修复的可持续发展高性能生物基海洋防腐涂层。
Currently, in the field of marine anti-corrosion coatings in our country, anti-corrosion coatings are mainly short-lived, and high-end products rely heavily on imports. This research aims to i. develop new polymer coating materials based on sustainable bio-based raw materials, ii. design graphene and monodisperse nanomaterials and other new multifunctional coating fillers, iii. develop surface and interface engineering technology to solve the interface problems between coated polymer matrix materials and multifunctional fillers, and iv. prepare long-life, lightweight, self-repairing sustainable high-performance bio-based marine anti-corrosion coatings.
