Use scanning electron microscopy to characterize the microstructure of the epoxy resin coating cross-section. Preparation steps: Mix epoxidized cashew nut phenol with a certain amount of graphene oxide filler and stir evenly. Mix the mixture with bisphenol A epoxy resin, and scrape it onto the PET film using a four sided preparator. Cure at 25 ℃ for 12 hours to achieve surface dryness, and cure completely at 60 ℃. Peel the cured coating off the PET film and brittle fracture it in liquid nitrogen to obtain a cross-section. Apply conductive tape to the side of the cross sample table with the coating cross-section facing upwards, spray gold for 60-120 seconds to make the sample surface conductive, and then conduct testing.
