棒弯曲对棒束子通道内两相流特性影响实验中需要采集的数据主要有弯曲棒上下游的径向空泡份额分布和气泡速度、弦长等气相特性、弯曲子通道的平均空泡份额及压降等两相参数。水流量通过Honeywell的三个电磁流量计测量,量程分别为100-1000 L/h、600-12000 L/h、3-50 m³/h,其测量精度均为±0.5%,输出信号为4~20 mA。气体流量采用OMEGA质量流量计测量,其量程分别为0.1-20 SLM、15-3000 SLM,其精度为±(0.8%示数+0.2%满量程),输出信号为0~5 V。压力测量采用横河川仪EJA-430A,压差测量采用横河川仪EJA-110A,其精度均为0.065%,输出信号均为4~20 mA。局部两相参数通过四探头电导探针测量,通过电脑连接服务器控制速度为0.03mm/s的步进电机移动探针,为了保证探针精度,其数据测量频率设为30-50kHz,采集时间至少为60s。采用NI 9220、NI 9205、NI USB-6255两种电压采集板卡对所有信号进行采集,采集板卡的测量范围在-10-10 V。各种水、气流量及压力测量仪表、四探头电导探针、空泡仪的数据采集均使用NI的Signal Express系统。通过对采集数据的分析,探明了不同闭合度对两相相态分布的影响规律。
The data that needs to be collected in the experiment on the influence of rod bending on the two-phase flow characteristics in the rod bundle subchannel mainly includes the radial void fraction distribution and gas phase characteristics such as bubble velocity and chord length upstream and downstream of the bent rod, as well as the average void fraction and pressure drop of the bent subchannel. The water flow rate is measured by Honeywell's three electromagnetic flow meters, with ranges of 100-1000 L/h, 600-12000 L/h, and 3-50 m, respectively ³/ h. Its measurement accuracy is ± 0.5%, and the output signal is 4-20 mA. The gas flow rate is measured using OMEGA mass flow meters, with ranges of 0.1-20 SLM and 15-3000 SLM, with an accuracy of ± (0.8% indication+0.2% full scale) and an output signal of 0-5 V. The pressure measurement adopts Yokogawa instrument EJA-430A, and the pressure difference measurement adopts Yokogawa instrument EJA-110A, with an accuracy of 0.065% and an output signal of 4-20 mA. The local two-phase parameters are measured using a four probe conductivity probe, and a stepper motor with a speed of 0.03mm/s is connected to a computer server to move the probe. To ensure the accuracy of the probe, the data measurement frequency is set to 30-50kHz, and the collection time is at least 60s. Two voltage acquisition boards, NI 9220, NI 9205, and NI USB-6255, are used to collect all signals, with a measurement range of -10 to 10 V. The data collection of various water and gas flow and pressure measuring instruments, four probe conductivity probes, and bubble meters are all using NI's Signal Express system.By analyzing the collected data, the influence of different closure degrees on the distribution of two-phase phase states was explored.
