本发明公开了一种铈激活的卤磷酸盐荧光粉及其制备工艺,该荧光粉的化学通式为:[A(1)3][A(2)1‑x][A(3)](PO4)3Z:xCe3+,其中A(1)为Ca、Sr、Ba中的至少一种,A(2)为Y、La、Gd中的至少一种,A(3)为Na、Li中的至少一种,Z为F、Cl中的至少一种,x取0.005~0.10。制备该荧光粉采用高温固相法,具体步骤为:按照荧光粉化学式中各元素化学计量比,准确称取相应的原料,加无水乙醇混合,在玛瑙研钵中研磨均匀,烘干后,在还原气氛下烧结,经处理得到相应材料。本发明的荧光粉具有宽泛可选的激发峰值波长(250‑314nm)和宽泛可选的发射峰值波长(310‑365nm),并且兼有制备简单、技术成熟、制备产品高效稳定等优点。根据不同的发射波长需求,该荧光粉可以用于治疗皮肤病、UV胶水固化、诱虫灯以及矿石鉴定等场合。

A high-temperature solid phase method is adopted for preparing the fluorescent powder. The preparing technology specifically comprises the steps of accurately weighing corresponding raw materialsaccording to the stoichiometric ratio of all the elements in the chemical formula of the fluorescent powder, adding absolute ethyl alcohol for mixing, grinding the materials uniformly in an agate mortar, and after the materials are dried, sintering under a reducing atmosphere, and obtaining the corresponding materials through treatment. The halophosphate fluorescent powder has a wide and selectable excitation peak wavelength range of 250-314 nm and a wide and selectable emission peak wavelength range of 310-365 nm, and has the advantages that the preparation is simple, the technology is mature, and the prepared product is efficient and stable.
