本发明属于导电复合材料技术领域。本发明提供了一种导电复合材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)将乙烯共聚物、功能性粉体和溶剂在60~120℃混合,得到原料混合物;所述功能性粉体包括导电粉体;(2)将所述原料混合物经剪切搅拌,得到均质化固态混合物;(3)将所述均质化固态混合物成型,然后去除溶剂,得到导电复合材料。本发明提供的制备方法,可有效提高功能性粉体的用量,功能性粉体的用量可达50%以上(功能性粉体占导电复合材料的质量百分数);同时,本发明所得产品还具有优异的耐变形性,经5000次弯曲后电阻基本不变。
