The invention relates to a manufacturing method of polyurethane composite lenses with a bulletproof function. The manufacturing method is completed in a manner that 3-100 layers of lenses are alternately stacked and bound, polycarbonate lenses are adopted on the two outermost layers, and polyurethane lenses are adopted inside or polycarbonate lenses and polyurethane lenses are alternately stackedinside; and polyurethane binders are adopted for binding between the lenses. The specific binders provided by the method are used for binding, under strong impacting of steel balls with the weight being 16 G+0.1 G and the diameter being 16 mm under nitrogen being 20 KG with the launching speed being 200 m/s, the lenses do not fracture, and the lenses have the requirement of the bulletproof function.
