本发明涉及一种抗氧化超高分子量聚乙烯树脂及其制备方法与应用,在制备抗氧化超高分子量聚乙烯树脂时,在聚合过程中将助催化剂、催化剂、抗氧化剂分散后加入反应釜,并加入溶剂,调节乙烯压力为1-50bar,经原位淤浆聚合、清洗后,获得抗氧化超高分子量聚乙烯树脂粉末。与现有技术相比,本发明获得的超高分子量聚乙烯树脂中抗氧化剂分散性能良好,具有优异的生物安全性和稳定性,经热加工成型、辐照交联等工序后,制得的超高分子量聚乙烯型材的抗磨损性能、抗氧化稳定性和机械力学性能优于传统共混树脂,适用于人工关节等抗氧化等级要求高的产品制备。

Compared with the prior art, the antioxidant in the obtained ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene resin is good in dispersing performance; the prepared ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene profile has excellent biosafety and stability, has better wear resistance, oxidation resistance stability and mechanical properties than traditional blended resin after hot working molding, irradiation crosslinking and other processes, and is suitable for preparation of artificial joints and other products with high anti-oxidation grade requirements.
