本发明涉及一种用于UHMWPE制品粘接的EVA热熔胶及其制备方法,该EVA热熔胶的原料包括以下重量份含量的组分:20#80EVA,5#30乙烯基共聚物,1#15MAH,1#10分散剂,0.1#1.5引发剂,0#1抑制剂,0#1.5第二单体,10#40的增黏剂,2#5的石蜡,1#3的抗氧剂,3#15HDPE#g#MAH。制备方法:1)将乙烯基共聚物、MAH、分散剂混合均匀,与抑制剂、第二单体和引发剂,反应挤出造粒,与EVA、增黏剂、石蜡、抗氧剂、PE#g#MAH,熔融共混,挤出造粒制备得到热熔胶。与现有技术相比,本发明热熔胶可用于以点胶的形式直接在UHMWPE表面涂敷粘接,也可用于UHMWPE和金属表面的粘接。该制备过程操作简单,粘接迅速,且粘接强度高。
The invention relates to EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate)hot melt glue for UHMWPE (ultra high molecular weight polyethylene) product adhesion and a preparation method thereof. The EVA hot melt glue is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 20-80 parts of EVA, 5-30 parts of ethylene copolymer, 1-15 parts of MAH, 1-10 parts of dispersing agents, 0.1-1.5 parts of initiators, 0-1 partof inhibiting agent, 0-1.5 parts of second monomers, 10-40 parts of tackifiers, 2-5 parts of paraffin, 1-3 parts of antioxidant and 3-15 parts of HDPE-g-MAH. The preparation method comprises the stepsthat (1), the ethylene copolymer, the MAH and the dispersing agents are evenly mixed, and react with the inhibiting agent, the second monomers and the initiators to be subjected to extrusion granulation, and then subjected to melt blending with the EVA, the tackifiers, the paraffin, the antioxygen and PE-g-MAH, and hot melt glue can be obtained through extrusion granulation. Compared with the prior art, the hot melt glue disclosed by the invention can be directly applied to the surface of UHMWPE to be adhered in a dispensing mode, and can also be used for adhesion of UHMWPE and metal surface.The preparation process is simple in operation, adhesion is rapid, and the adhesion strength is high.
