本发明涉及一种超高分子量聚乙烯纳米复合材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将纳米材料分散于偶联剂处理溶液中,搅拌处理使纳米材料有机化;将纳米材料利用紫外接枝反应接枝单体,增加纳米材料与有机材料的相容性;将纳米材料经抽滤烘干处理,然后分散于表面活性剂溶液中处理,使纳米材料离子化;将超高分子量聚乙烯粉料分散于表面活性剂处理的纳米材料溶液中,利用超声波分散实现纳米材料与超高分子量聚乙烯的复合,过滤烘干后,即制得超高分子量聚乙烯纳米复合材料。该方法具备简便、成本低、反应条件温和以及适用基体广泛的特性,具有良好发展前景。
The invention relates to a preparation method of an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene nano-composite material. The preparation method includes the steps: dispersing nano-materials into couplingagent treatment solution, and organizing the nano-materials by stirring treatment; grafting the nano-materials with monomer by the aid of ultraviolet grafting reaction and enhancing compatibility ofthe nano-materials and organic materials; performing suction filtration drying treatment on the nano-materials, dispersing the nano-materials into surfactant solution for treatment, and ionizing the nano-materials; dispersing ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene powder into nano-material solution treated by surfactants, compounding the nano-materials and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene by ultrasonic dispersion, and filtering and drying the nano-materials and the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene to prepare the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene nano-composite material. The method has the advantages of simplicity, convenience, low cost, mild reaction conditions, wide applicable matrixes and good development prospect.
