本发明涉及一种聚氨酯镜片及其短流程固化方法,聚氨酯镜片,包括如下原料:聚硫醚硫醇和聚酯硫醇、多异氰酸酯、催化剂、抗氧化剂、脱模剂和染色剂,原料在固化成型为聚氨酯镜片过程中,采用催化剂复配工艺和红外加热方式、循环冷风降低温度方式进行固化从而达到聚氨酯镜片固化成型工艺时间大幅缩短的效果。加热方式采用红外加热升温和循环冷风降低温度方式精确控制聚氨酯原料固化过程,催化剂采用两种或者两种以上的催化剂进行复配,以达到不同温度催化效果不同。

The polyurethane lens comprises the following raw materials: polythioether mercaptan, polyester mercaptan, polyisocyanate, catalysts, an antioxidant, a mold release agent and a dyeing agent, and in a process of curing and forming of the polyurethane lens from the raw materials, a catalyst compounding process, an infrared heating method and a circulating cold air temperature reduction method are used for curing, so that the curing forming time of the polyurethane lens is greatly shortened. The process of curingand forming of the polyurethane lens from the raw materials can be accurately controlled by the infrared heating method and the circulating cold air temperature reduction method, and two or more catalysts are compounded to achieve different catalytic effects at different temperatures.
