本发明公开一种血管支架用镁合金细径薄壁毛细管材的一次成型加工方法,步骤如下:将镁合金热挤压坯料400℃-500℃热处理240h-480h;在挤压比100-400,模具预热到350℃-450℃的情况下,对坯料进行直接热挤压加工,从而一次成型生产血管支架用镁合金细径薄壁毛细管材。本方法通过热处理和大挤压比、一次成型加工,突破现有挤压工艺的限制,实现血管支架用镁合金细径薄壁毛细管材一次成型,省略常规使用的拉拔或者轧制等工艺。具有如下优点:成本低、效率高;加工毛细管材尺寸精度高,平直度高;组织均匀,腐蚀均匀;毛细管材的延伸率10%以上,抗拉强度210MPa-260MPa以上,屈服强度50MPa-90MPa。
