本发明公开了一种抗冲蚀(TiCrVZrNb)N高熵氮化物陶瓷涂层及其应用,所述高熵氮化物陶瓷涂层为单相FCC结构,其组成表示为:(TiCrVZrNb)N,具体以TiN,CrN,VN,ZrN和NbN为原料制得。所述高熵氮化物陶瓷涂层硬度达到38~40Gpa,且具有优异的抗冲蚀性、较强的膜基界面结合强度,丰富了抗冲蚀防护涂层领域的材料体系与设计思路。
The invention discloses a corrosion resistant (TiCrVZrNb)N high-entropy nitride ceramic coating and its application. The high-entropy nitride ceramic coating is a single-phase FCC structure, and its composition is expressed as: (TiCrVZrNb)N, which is specifically prepared by TiN,CrN,VN,ZrN and NbN as raw materials. The hardness of the high-entropy nitride ceramic coating reaches 38 ~ 40Gpa, and it has excellent erosion resistance and strong film-base interface bonding strength, which enricates the material system and design ideas in the field of erosion resistance protective coating.
