本发明公开了一种基于吲哚嗪衍生物的复合酸化缓蚀剂化合物及其制备方法。复合酸化缓蚀剂的原料和质量分数为:吲哚啉衍生物浓缩母液25% ~ 35%,复合增效添加剂30% ~ 40%,表面活性剂8% ~ 12%,助溶剂20% ~ 25%,以水为平衡。在发现吲哚嗪衍生物与多聚甲醛具有独特协同作用的基础上,以吲哚嗪衍生物为主要药剂与增效剂多聚甲醛复配;制备吲哚嘧啶衍生物浓缩母液的策略是保留合成溶剂的一部分,以提高溶解度和分散性。本发明获得的复合酸化缓蚀剂化合物所需用量低于行业标准,在相同评价温度下,其缓蚀性能优于行业标准。
