Compared with the existing technology, the MnBi alloy powder produced by low-energy ball milling in the present invention has an optimal match between the particle size of the MnBi alloy and the purity of the ferromagnetic phase LTP-MnBi, which enables the sample to obtain a high level of coercive force while still maintaining a high level of magnetization strength, and greatly improves the magnetic energy product; the process of preparing the MnBi alloy powder is simple and easy to carry out, and is very promising for application.
