本发明涉及一种多组分负载金属催化剂及其制备方法和应用,属于催化剂制备技术领域。腰果酚中不仅有酚羟基而且长侧链中还具有数量不一的碳碳双键官能团。它可以(部分)替代苯酚、壬基酚合成酚醛树脂、改性环氧树脂、多种涂料。由于长侧链碳碳双键的反应性,容易发生自缩聚反应,而且侧链烯键影响酚羟基的稳定性。本发明以拟薄水铝石前体和离子液体导向生长制备的氧化铝负载镍基金属催化剂,应用于腰果酚加氢反应催化活性高,在较温和条件下侧链全加氢产物可达100%。从而有效调控和平衡腰果酚的官能度、反应性与稳定性,可用于制备高耐候性、高耐腐性的生物基树脂和涂料。

The aluminum oxide supported nickel based metal catalyst prepared by using pseudo boehmite precursor and ionic liquid guided growth in the present invention has high catalytic activity for the hydrogenation reaction of cashew phenol, and the side chain full hydrogenation product can reach 100% under mild conditions. Thus effectively regulating and balancing the functionality, reactivity, and stability of cashew phenols, it can be used to prepare bio based resins and coatings with high weather resistance and corrosion resistance.
