本发明公开了一种高分散纳米氧化锆颗粒及其透明分散体的制备方法,该透明纳米氧化锆液相分散体固含量为1wt%-80wt%,氧化锆晶体粒径小,分布均匀,一维尺寸为1-10纳米,平均粒径3纳米该制备方法采用在超重力环境下热解无机锆盐的方法直接制备得到纳米氧化锆颗粒,且随着超重力水平的提高团聚性大大减小,之后经过洗涤、改性后直接为透明的氧化锆液相分散体,即可解决纳米氧化锆颗粒易团聚、分散性差、复合材料光学性能差的问题,从而赋予产品更高的应用性能和更广泛的应用范围。
