课题设计了海洋工程用高强度无缝钢管合金体系,获得了最佳轧制和热处理工艺,开发出屈服强度690MPa级以上无缝钢管,最大壁厚50mm,具备-60℃冲击韧性和良好焊接性能;研发出大规格、高强度H型钢控轧控冷技术,阐明了其组织性能调控机制,开发出500MPa 级高强度H型钢、H1000以上大规格型钢和 R6 级锚链钢及系列配套焊材;开发出了海洋工程用钛/钢复合板,界面结合强度大于 220MPa;制备出大型铸造节点及高耐蚀双相不锈钢粉末冶金制品原型产品。课题数据内容包括:炼钢过程杂质元素与夹杂物控制水平,粗轧与精轧阶段奥氏体再结晶规律,控轧控冷对力学性能影响规律,制管前后性能变化规律,以及H型钢、钢管批量力学性能等,数据以图表形式表述,数据量约为120条,共享方式为协议共享,延期2年公开。
