针对厚规格 X80 钢板生产制造过程中出现的①总压缩比低,组织细化困难,②心部变形渗透小,厚度截面组织性能均匀性差,③钢板宽度达约 4500mm,轧制扭矩增加,现有机组难以满足负荷要求,④低温环境用厚规格高强度钢对材料的洁净度和成分、组织的均匀性要求更为苛刻等一系列技术难题,拟在国内首次系统开展低温X80管线钢高洁净钢冶炼和高均质化连铸技术、全流程组织均匀化和超细化控制技术、控轧控冷模型优化技术、钢板板形和表面质量控制技术等关键工艺的技术创新。开发出满足-40℃低温超大输量管道用超宽(满足1422mm管径要求)、超厚规格(钢板最大厚度31.8mm)的X80钢板。保障我国低温环境下的高压长距离油气输送管道建设,全面提升我国高性能 管线用钢的品种规格、质量水平和应用比例。
Aiming at the following a series of technical problems appeared in the manufacturing process of thick gauge X80 steel plate, ① low total compression ratio, difficult to refine the structure, ② small deformation and permeability of the heart, poor uniformity of the thickness of the cross-section structure performance, ③ steel plate width of about 4500mm, increased rolling torque, the existing unit is difficult to meet the load requirements, ④ A series of technical problems such as the cleanliness of materials and the uniformity of composition and structure of thick specification high strength steel in low temperature environment are more demanding, it is planned to systematically carry out technological innovation in key processes such as low-temperature X80 pipeline steel high-clean steel smelting and high-homogenization continuous casting technology, whole process organization homogenization and super-refinement control technology, control rolling and control cooling model optimization technology, plate shape and surface quality control technology for the first time in China. X80 steel plate has been developed to meet the requirements of ultra-wide (1422mm diameter) and ultra-thick (maximum thickness of steel plate 31.8mm) for the -40℃ low-temperature super-large volume pipeline. To ensure the construction of high-pressure long-distance oil and gas pipeline under low temperature environment in China, and comprehensively improve the variety, specification, quality level and application proportion of high-performance pipeline steel in China.
