本课题围绕低温X80 钢管的成型、焊接、低温应力应变行为、低温钢管断裂行为及机理、基于启裂及止裂判据的管线钢断裂韧性指标等关键科学问题与关键技术开展技术攻关、产品研制,建立低温环境用管材关键性能指标体系,制定合理的低温管材用技术标准,指导低温环境用钢的生产制造和质量评价,形成低温环境用钢管关键性能指标测试技术、低温钢管制造技术和低温管材质量评价技术,开展示范应用。掌握低温X80 直缝埋弧焊管材料设计、钢管成型、焊接等全套工艺技术,成功开发出满足-40℃条件下服役的X80 埋弧焊管产品,为实现低温X80钢管的工业化生产和示范应用提供理论依据和技术指导。

The X80 submerged-arc welded pipe at-40 °C has been successfully developed by mastering the whole process of material design, steel pipe forming and welding of low temperature X80 SUBMERGED-ARC welded pipe, it provides theoretical basis and technical guidance for realizing industrialization production and demonstration application of low temperature X80 steel pipe.
