铁路大发展趋势是客运高速化,中国标准动车组是贯彻落实国家创新驱动发展战略,根据中国铁路自身发展需求和“走出去”战略要求决定实施的一项铁路重大装备工程。为了更好地适应中国高速铁路运营环境和条件,打造适合中国国情、路情的高速动车组设计制造平台,实现高速动车组技术全面自主化,需要对关键材料制备与应用技术进行国产化研究。
本课题由山西太钢不锈钢股份有限公司牵头负责,并联合晋西车轴股份有限公司、太原重工轨道交通设备有限公司、东北大学、钢铁研究总院共同完成,本课题通过开展超低氧、高洁净冶炼工艺研究;高均质化、高致密化凝固和热加工技术研究;高速车轴钢窄成分控制研究;高速车轴钢致密度控制;高速车轴高韧性和耐超高周疲劳的组织细化、热处理及加工技术;高速车轴钢连铸与模铸工艺车轴坯性能对比研究、高洁净度研究-夹杂物精细化表征与分析;高速车轴钢
材料疲劳性能评价研究,形成了高寒地区用高速车轴用钢窄成分、超低氧、高洁净度、低偏析凝固冶炼控制技术;突破高致密控制、组织精细化、热处理及冷加工关键工艺;最终掌握一整套从冶炼、凝固、锻轧、热处理到冷加工成形的关键制备技术,形成轴坯及车轴的全流程稳定化工业生产能力,并实现工业示范应用,建成 1 条高铁车轴用钢生产示范线,满足我国350Km/h 以上高铁车轴使用要求。
The major development trend of railway is the high-speed passenger transport. China Standard EMU is a major railway equipment project which is implemented according to the national innovation-driven development strategy and the development needs of China's railways and the strategic acquirement of "going out". In order to better adapt to the operating environment and conditions of China's high-speed railway, build a design and manufacturing platform for high-speed EMUs that is suitable for China's national condition sand road conditions, and realize the comprehensive autonomy of high-speed EMUs, it is necessary to conduct localization research on key material preparation and application technologies.This project is led by Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel Co., Ltd.,and completed jointly with Jinxi Axle Co., Ltd., Taiyuan Heavy Industry Rail Transit Equipment Co., Ltd., Northeastern University and Iron and Steel Research Institute. This project is carried out through the research of ultra-low oxygen and high clean smelting process. Research on high homogenization, high density solidification and hot working technology: Research on narrow composition control of high-speed axle steel: Density control of high-speed axle steel: Microstructure refinement, heat treatment and processing technology for high toughness and ultra- high cycle fatigue resistance of high-speed axles; Comparative study on properties and high cleanliness of axle blanks in high-speed axle steel continuous casting and die casting processes- fine characterization and analysis of inclusions; The fatigue performance evaluation of high-speed axle steel material has formed the solidification smelting control technology with narrow composition, ultra- low oxygen, high cleanliness and low segregation for high-speed axle steel used in alpine region. Break through the key processes of high-density control, fine structure, heat treatment and cold working; Finally, a set of key preparation technologies from smelting, solidification, forging and rolling, heat treatment to cold forming were mastered, and the whole process of stabilizing industrial production capacity of axle blank and axle was formed, and industrial demonstration application was realized. A demonstration line of steel production for high-speed railway axle was built, which met the use requirements of high-speed railway axles over 350Km/h in China.
