将PbBr2(0.276 g,0.752 mmol)、2.0 mL油酸、2.0 mL油胺和20 mL 1-十八烯加入到N2气氛保护和磁力搅拌的50 mL三颈圆底烧瓶中混合,加热至120 °C保持60 min至PbBr2完全溶解,然后冷却至室温得到PbBr2团簇溶液。按照相同的步骤制备PbI2团簇,区别在于将PbBr2(0.276 g,0.752 mmol)换成PbI2(0.347 g,0.752 mmol)。 量取PbBr2团簇溶液5 mL,加入到氮气保护和磁力搅拌的三口圆底烧瓶中,然后加热至30 - 110 oC并保持30 min,再将不同体积的Cs-oleate溶液(0.01、0.05、0.1、0.2、0.3 mL)注入PbBr2团簇溶液中,可以观察到蓝色荧光生成。反应2 h后,即制备出PbBr2/CsPbBr3 QDs溶液。红色PbI2/CsPbI3 QDs溶液的制备采用相同的步骤,区别在于将PbBr2团簇换成PbI2团簇。
Typically, 5 mL of CsPbBr3 QD octadecene solution was cooled down in a refrigerator below 8 1C for 10 min and centrifuged at 10 000 rpm at 18 1C for 5 min. The precipitate was dispersed in 10 mL of toluene. Then the CsPbBr3 QD toluene solution and 100 mL of FPEOS were added into a 50 mL single neck roundbottom
flask that is placed in an oil bath at 25 1C under continuous magnetic stirring. The FSiO2-coated CsPbBr3 QD solution was obtained after reaction for 24 h. After centrifugation at 5000 rpm for 5 min and drying in a vacuum oven at 25 1C for 30 min, CsPbBr3 QDs/FSiO2 powders were obtained.
