The purpose of this research is to break through the key technologies of forming and integrated design of complex thin-walled die-casting aluminum alloy parts, solve the problems of integrated design, forming difficulties and die sealing of thin-walled complex aluminum alloy parts, and provide a technical basis for the lightweight design and development of cast and forged aluminum alloy structural parts of body and chassis.
