两种高强度延性金属材料缺口拉伸强度的预测分析

摘要:本文针对两种高强度延性金属材料1Cr11Ni2W2MoV不锈钢和TC11钛合金,进行了光滑圆棒、缺口圆棒以及缺口平板试件的室温单拉实验,获得了材料静拉伸的性能参数。基于Majima等人提出的预测延性材料U型缺口圆棒的缺口拉伸强度比的经验公式,用缺口件的应力集中系数Kt和材料单拉性能参数对其进行修正,以适应更广泛的缺口形状。结果表明,修正后的公式能够很好的预测两种材料的缺口强度比,而且该经验公式仅仅依赖于试件的缺口几何尺寸以及材料的静拉伸性能参数,应用比较简单。

The prediction and analysis of notched tensile strength of two high strength ductile metal materials

Abstract: Aimed at the two high strength ductile metal materials of, 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV stainless steel and TC11 titanium alloy, we employed tensile tests of smooth cylindrical bar, notched cylindrical with U-shaped and V-shaped, and two kinds of notched plate with U-shaped specimens under room temperature, and obtained the two materials' uniaxial tensile properties parameters. Based on the empirical equation proposed by Majima to predict the value of the notch strength ratio of ductile materials, we correct it by the stress concentration factor Kt of the notched specimens and the uniaxial tensile properties parameters.The result indicates that the corrected empirical equation could predict the notch strength ratio accurately, and the equation just depends on the notch geometric dimension of the specimens and the uniaxial tensile properties parameters, and it could be used simply.
