非圆管铝合金速滑冰刀与T型结构速滑冰刀纵向、横向、回弹数据采集研究。纵向、横线、回弹性测试在万能拉力试验机上进行,测量过程中记录压力值、最大位移值、压力卸去后回弹位置数值。试验借助万能拉力试验机压杆装置进行压力加载,将支撑夹具和试样置于调好的平台上,调节下压位置,对准压杆中心,并确保紧密接触。按同等速度设置压杆装置,将数据采集清零,开始试验,加载压力,下压过程分别进行纵向、横向压力5000N和2500N,记录两次试验的最大压力、位移数值。主要记录了不同材质下冰刀刀管纵向、横向、回弹数据。
Research on longitudinal, transverse and rebound data acquisition of non-circular aluminum alloy speed skating skates and T-shaped structure speed skating skates. The longitudinal, horizontal and rebound tests are conducted on the universal tensile testing machine, and the pressure value, the maximum displacement value and the rebound position value after the pressure is removed are recorded during the measurement. The test is carried out with the help of the pressure bar device of the universal tensile testing machine. Place the supporting fixture and the sample on the adjusted platform, adjust the pressing position, align the center of the pressure bar, and ensure close contact. Set the pressure bar device at the same speed, clear the data acquisition, start the test, load the pressure, and press down the pressure 1600N and 3500N twice respectively, and record the maximum pressure and displacement values of the two tests. It mainly records the longitudinal, transverse and rebound data of the ice skate tube under different materials.
