本研究使用本研究使用ANSYS WORKBENCH 20 R2软件模拟足底压强峰值和应力分布,使用足底压力鞋垫测试足底压强峰值和应力分布。鞋垫测得足底压强峰值和有限元模拟足底压强峰值均位于足跟处,应力均主要集中在足前掌和足跟处,应力分布一致。足底压强峰值误差值为17kPa,误差率为7.7%。
This study uses the ANSYS WORKBENCH 20 R2 software to simulate the peak pressure and stress distribution of the plantar, and uses the plantar pressure insole to test the peak pressure and stress distribution of the plantar. The peak plantar pressure measured by the insole and the peak plantar pressure simulated by the finite element method are located at the heel, and the stress is mainly concentrated at the forefoot and heel, and the stress distribution is consistent. The error value of the peak plantar pressure is 17kPa, and the error rate is 7.7%.
