通过数值模拟得到不同蹬冰力下冰刀整体变形过程中其应力分布的规律。采用速滑冰刀形变数值模拟方法,开展蹬冰角40°的情况下,蹬冰力(载荷)分别为480N、640N、800N、960N、1120N、1280N、1440N时,速滑冰刀应力应变的数值模拟。以S(Mises等效应力)为输出参数,研究不同蹬冰力下,速滑冰刀整体的应力分布情况。
Numerical simulations were carried out to obtain the pattern of stress distribution during the overall deformation of the ice skates under different stirrup forces. Numerical simulations were carried out to investigate the stress and strain of the speed skating blade at stirrup angles of 40° and stirrup forces of 480N, 640N, 800N, 960N, 1120N, 1280N and 1440N. The S (Mises equivalent force) was used as the output parameter to study the overall stress distribution of the speed skating blade under different stirrup forces.
