开展了速滑冰刀形变的实验测试,分析了一定载荷下速滑冰刀整体的最大位移。采用电子万能材料试验机(Instron 5967)开展载荷800N情况下速滑冰刀的位移测试。将速滑冰刀垂直置于试验台上,使试验台上夹头缓慢夹紧冰刀,并施加载荷。其中,载荷施加位置为冰刀刀桥,载荷施加长度为98mm,冰刀呈90°垂直状态。采集载荷800N时,速滑冰刀的最大位移。
Experimental tests on the deformation of the speed skating blade were carried out to analyze the maximum displacement of the overall speed skating blade under a certain load. An electronic universal material testing machine (Instron 5967) was used to test the displacement of the speed skating blade under a load of 800N. The speed skating blade was placed vertically on the test bench, and the test bench chuck was slowly clamped to the blade and the load was applied. The load was applied to the bridge of the ice blade, and the length of the applied load was 98 mm, and the ice blade was 90° vertical. The maximum displacement of the speed skating blade was collected when the load was 800N.
