采用感应熔炼和电渣重熔制备合金锭,通过正交实验得到八种不同的热处理工艺,将合金锭切开,经磨削、抛光、腐蚀(腐蚀液组分75%HCl+25%HNO3)后观察金相组织和显微组织,并将抛光后的试样进行硬度测试。
The alloy ingots were prepared by induction melting and electroslag remelting. Eight different heat treatment processes were obtained through orthogonal experiments. The alloy ingots were cut, and the metallographic structure and microstructure were observed after grinding, polishing and corrosion (75% HCl+25% HNO3). The hardness of the polished samples was tested.
