采用PREP方法制备K390粉末,进行热等静压烧结,烧结温度为1180℃,烧结压力120MPa,烧结时间2h。烧结坯分别经过1100℃,1150℃,1180℃三个淬火温度,相同的回火工艺(深冷和550℃回火三次)后。切取10*10*10mm小块进行硬度测试;切Φ8mm*12mm的圆柱压缩样品,进行压缩实验;切5*5*20mm的长条状抗弯试样,进行弯曲实验;切10*10*55mm的无缺口冲击试样,进行夏比摆锤冲击实验;切20*10*5mm的试样进行摩擦磨损实验,实验载荷为35N,摩擦副采用SiC球,频率5Hz,摩擦距离不小于360m,最小摩擦行程10mm,磨损时间为60min。随后使用电子扫描显微镜观察其磨损形貌。
K390 powder was prepared by PREP method and sintered by hot isostatic pressing. The sintering temperature was 1180 ℃, the sintering pressure was 120MPa, and the sintering time was 2h. Then the wear morphology was observed by scanning electron microscope.
