将分别经过深冷与不经过深冷后的K390进行硬度、抗压强度、抗弯强度、冲击韧性和磨损体积的测试,切取10*10*10mm小块进行硬度测试;切Φ8mm*12mm的圆柱压缩样品,进行压缩实验;切5*5*20mm的长条状抗弯试样,进行弯曲实验;切10*10*55mm的无缺口冲击试样,进行夏比摆锤冲击实验;切20*10*5mm的试样进行摩擦磨损实验,实验载荷为35N,摩擦副采用SiC球,频率5Hz,摩擦距离不小于360m,最小摩擦行程10mm,磨损时间为60min。随后使用电子扫描显微镜观察其磨损形貌。研究深冷对力学性能与耐磨性的影响。
