采用无坩埚气雾化和等离子旋转电极雾化制备S590和K390粉末,利用氧氮分析仪测试不同制粉方法制备的S590和K390粉末的氧含量。两种方法都会使粉末的氧含量相比于铸锭增加,而无坩埚气雾化方法增加的更多。采用等离子旋转电极雾化制备的K390粉末氧含量为0.0053%,无坩埚气雾化制备的K390粉末氧含量达到0.0143%;采用等离子旋转电极雾化制备的S590粉末氧含量为0.0038%,无坩埚气雾化制备的K390粉末氧含量达到0.01%。
S590 and K390 powders were prepared by non-crucible gas atomization and plasma rotating electrode atomization. The oxygen content of S590 and K390 powders prepared by different methods was measured by oxygen and nitrogen analyzer. Both methods will increase the oxygen content of the powder compared with that of the ingot, while the non-crucible gas atomization method will increase more. The oxygen content of K390 powder prepared by plasma rotating electrode atomization is 0.0053%, and the oxygen content of K390 powder prepared by non-crucible gas atomization is 0.0143%; The oxygen content of S590 powder prepared by plasma rotating electrode atomization is 0.0038%, and the oxygen content of K390 powder prepared by non-crucible gas atomization is 0.01%.
