本文结合流体力学、传热学和材料力学相关理论,开展了铅铋冷却剂多维热工数据库调研,包括物化性质、换热特性、自然循环特性和材料相容性等方面,建立了铅铋冷却剂热工性能和腐蚀特性实验数据库。通过对 GIF 发布的与安全设计准则制定有关的报告总结,并参考压水堆等设计、运行经验丰富的堆型安全设计准则,给出了铅铋堆安全设计准则需要考虑的方面,并提出了铅铋堆热工安全设计准则,包括:稳态热工设计 21 条准则、燃料设计 11 条准则、材料设计准则 8 条准则、事故热工设计准 12 条准则和严重事故预防 30 条准则。
In this paper, combined with the theories of fluid mechanics, heat transfer and material mechanics, a multi-dimensional thermal database of lead-bismuth coolant was investigated, including physicochemical properties, heat transfer properties, natural cycle properties and material compatibility, etc., and an experimental database of thermal and corrosion properties of lead-bismuth coolant was established.Based on the summary of the report on the formulation of safety design criteria published by GIF, and referring to the safety design criteria of piles with rich experience in the design and operation of pressurized water reactor, the aspects that need to be considered in the safety design criteria of lead-bismuth reactor are given, and the safety design criteria of lead-bismuth reactor thermal engineering are proposed, including:There are 21 criteria for steady-state thermal design, 11 criteria for fuel design, 8 criteria for material design, 12 criteria for accident thermal design and 30 criteria for serious accident prevention.
