通过SEM显示制备了25 μm、50 μm和100 μm的微沟槽结构;微沟槽结构的构建对胶原膜的饱和含水率及其在胶原酶溶液中的降解速率没有显著影响;与平滑胶原膜相比,微沟槽胶原膜在可见光范围内的透光性能稍有下降,但微沟槽胶原膜具有更好的润湿性能和更好的渗透性能。
The microgroove structures of 25 μm, 50 μm and 100 μm were prepared by SEM. The microgroove structure had no significant effect on the saturated water content of collagen membrane and its degradation rate in collagenase solution. Compared with smooth collagen film, the light transmittance of micro-grooved collagen film is slightly decreased in the visible light range, but micro-grooved collagen film has better wettability and better permeability.
